GROUP 4 MUNITIONS RESPONSE AREA

Future East Garrison Munitions Response Site

 

The Future East Garrison MRA is located in the northeastern portion of the former Fort Ord.  The Future East Garrison MRA encompasses approximately 252 acres. Planned fieldwork for this site was completed in 2013.

 

A Proposed Plan for these three munitions response areas was issued in September 2017 and the Record of Decision was signed September 2018. The Land Use Control Implementation Plan / Operation & Maintenance Plan was approved and released in February 2019.
